KRISTEN BOXBERGER
OWNER
PROFESSIONAL
I have been a resident of Logan County for over 20 years and the owner of Northeast Colorado Title since 2020. I am a Regional Director on the Colorado Land Title Association, a board member on the Logan County Chamber of Commerce, a previous member and past Executive Director of the Logan County United Way. I am currently serving on the School Accountability Committees at Sterling High School and the District Accountability Committee for RE-1 Valley Schools. Throughout the years, I have been involved with many committees and feel it necessary to give back to the community which supports us.
A LITTLE ABOUT ME
I grew up in Anchorage, Alaska and although I miss the mountains and the fishing, I have come to appreciate the lifestyle and beauty of the Eastern Plains of Colorado. My husband, Justin, grew up in the area and we are happy to be raising our two children here. The feeling of community and support this area brings are an amazing experience and one that will forever shape how my children live and interact with others.
EDUCATION
A bachelor's degree in Ag Business from Colorado State University gives me the necessary foundation to be a strong business and community leader. My time at CSU gave me a vision & strong desire for leaving things, places, and people better than when I found them. This is something I strive for every day and an example I try to set for my children and colleagues.

LEAD TITLE EXAMINER
PROFESSIONAL
I have been a resident of Logan County for 39 years. Throughout the years I have been involved with the Logan County Chamber of Commerce, Colorado Business Women, the RE-1 Valley Foundation Board of Directors, and volunteering at school and the 4-H club that my children are involved in.
A LITTLE ABOUT ME
I currently reside in Iliff, am married to Roy Waitley, and am raising 3 kids. Our favorite thing to do is cheer our kids on in their extracurricular activities. You can usually find us at a football game, volley ball game, or basketball game during the fall and winter months. During school and in the summer you can find us in the barn getting our cub calves ready for fair and a few livestock shows around the area, or horseback working on our roping skills. We credit living in our small rural area for giving our kids these opportunities to learn valuable life skills as they become adults.
EDUCATION
I received by Associates of General Science Degree from Northeastern Junior College and my Bachelor of Science Degree in Agriculture Business from the University of Wyoming.
